Uganda’s designated ambassador to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Isaac Biruma Sebulime, presented his letters of credence to the custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, His Majesty King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud. \

This was during a virtual ceremony that took place at the Royal Court in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia on March 17.

According to an official statement, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Saudi Arabia, His Highness Faisal bin Farhan Al Saud received the documents on behalf of King Salman.

The king hailed the good relations between the two countries and wished Biruma a successful tour of duty, reads the official statement.

Uganda maintains strong ties with Saudi Arabi, with thousands of Ugandans living in the country as laborers and the two countries also trade in different commodities.
