The Chief of Defence Forces Gen Muhoozi Kainerugaba has donated a new Toyota Land Cruiser pickup truck to the Uganda Media Centre (UMC).
Acting Director of Defence Public Information Col Chris Magezi delivered the vehicle to UMC Executive Director Alan Kasujja.
Col Magezi said the pickup will support the centre’s operations, including long-distance travel across Uganda.
“The vehicle is expected to boost UMC operations, especially long-distance travel across the country,” Magezi said in a statement.
He described the donation as a sign of cooperation between government agencies.
Magezi said such cooperation will improve service delivery and strengthen transparency and accountability across government sectors.
