Bukedea Woman MP Anita Annet Among has trounced her rival, Thomas Tayebwa to claim the NRM flag for Deputy Speaker seat.
According to results from the NRM caucus meeting sitting at State House Entebbe, Anita garnered 168 votes against Tayebwa's 149 while Robinah Rwakoojo polled only 10 votes.
Anita Among will tomorrow, Monday battle it out with other candidates such as Theodore Ssekikuubo, Muhammad Nsereko, Dennis Oguzu Lee, Yusuf Nsibambi.
