There is tight security deployment in Kampala city especially outside Electoral Commission as NUP presidential candidate Robert Kyagulanyi aka Bobi Wine meets EC Chairperson Simon Byabakama.

Kyagulanyi on Tuesday temporarily suspended his campaigns in Kayunga following a scuffle with police after he (Bobi) insisted on addressing rallies outside the designated venues. He promised to meet EC boss Byabakama today (Wednesday) to iron out 'pertinent' issues before he resumes his campaigns.
