The partial opening saw the president allowing some sectors of the economy to continue operating while others were also given a green light to start operations with Standard Operating Procedures (SoPs).

Some of the SoPs are; observing social distancing guidelines and wearing face masks while in public.

We shall start slowly to open up but without undoing our previous achievements,” Mr Museveni said.
