The message was delivered to the President on Monday afternoon by the Ethiopian Prime Minister’s Special Envoy Ms. Hirut Zemene who is also State Minister for Foreign Affairs. This was  at the President’s country home in Rwakitura, Kiruhura District.

President Museveni and the Ethiopian envoy discussed matters of mutual importance between Uganda and Ethiopia as well as regional issues. The special message comes barely two weeks after President Museveni visited Ethiopia where he joined other leaders of  the IGAD member states to attend the special inauguration of  the Unity Park, found in the restored National Palace, in the heart of Addis Ababa.
