Former Army MP Gen Takirwa appointed Deputy Commander Land Forces
President Yoweri Museveni and the commander-in-Chief has appointed former UPDF MP Maj Gen Francis Takirwa as the deputy commander of Land Forces.
Gen Takirwa served as an Army representative in the 10th Parliament from 2016 to 2021.
