Prince V Uses Podcasting to Amplify Challenges of Young People with Disabilities
Prince V, the founder of Prince Vianey Initiative, has launched a podcast named 'Breaking Barriers: Transforming the Socio-Economic Lifestyle of Young People with Disabilities in Africa'.
Prince V, real name Vianey Sserubambula, said the podcast will provide a platform to "discuss the challenges faced by young people with disabilities in Africa and explore ways to transform their socio-economic lifestyle."
Some of the topics that will be covered include education, employment, healthcare, technology, and social inclusion.
"We share practical tips and insights on how to break down barriers and empower young people with disabilities to achieve their full potential," he said in a message to this website.
"Our goal is to create awareness about the challenges faced by young people with disabilities in Africa and to encourage inclusive policies and practices. Join us as we raise our voices, share our stories, and work towards a more equitable and inclusive future for all."
The podcasts are available on Google Podcasts, Spotify, Apple Podcasts and Audible.
Away from humanitarian work, Prince V is also an author and he has sofar written two books, namely: The 300 Quotes about Starting to Live Again and The Joy of Redemption. They are available on Amazon Kindle and hard copies are in the Uganda Bookshop and free copies are in the National Library of Uganda
