President Yoweri Museveni didn't mince words as he talked about how some foreign nations are enabling terrorism in Africa.

The joint security agencies have announced guidelines that will be observed to ensure a smooth experience for revelers at Nyege Nyege festival, which starts on September 15 and ends on September 18 at Itanda falls in Itanda village, Nakakulwe parish, Butagaya sub-county in Jinja District.

Nyege Nyege Festival will go ahead as planned but under strict guidelines.

Prime Minister Robinah Nabbanja gave the festival a go-ahead on Wednesday, despite calls to cancel it on grounds of morality by Parliament.

Parliament has stopped the ‘Nyege Nyege’ festival, an annual social event scheduled to take place next week in Jinja.
