Seychelles says Ugandan expatriates currently employed in the country and those before them have performed well and it wants to hire more teachers of science and doctors, according to the ministry of foreign affairs.

Uganda will host a delegation led by Martin Tlapa, the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Czech Republic. The delegation will include ministers and senior government officials who will be in Kampala from 23rd - 25th September.

The Chinese Ambassador to Uganda Zheng Zhuqiang on Wednesday handed over a fleet of 70 SUV motor vehicles donated by his government to Sam Kutesa, the minister of Foreign Affairs, who received them on behalf of the Ugandan government.

Minister of Foreign Affairs Sam Kutesa has in the past days received credentials from ambassadors representing Saudi Arabia, Japan, U.S.and U.K.in Uganda.

For the US Ambassador Natalie E. Brown, Minister Kutesa accepted the credential on November 17.

Uganda’s Minister of Foreign Affairs Sam Kutesa met with Bintou Keita, the United Nations Assistant Secretary-General for Africa to discuss regional political affairs.

The minister of state for foreign affairs Henry Oryem Okello has urged Ugandans involved in the trade sector to take advantage of the growing relationship between Uganda and the United Arab Emirates.
