CDF Meets Czech Republic Delegation

This afternoon, the Chief of Defence Forces of the UPDF, Gen Muhoozi Kainerugaba, held a meeting with a delegation from the Czech Republic who paid a courtesy call on him.

Gen Kainerugaba, who is also the Senior Presidential Advisor for Special Operations, met the delegation at the SFC Headquarters in Entebbe.

The meeting discussed security and bilateral relations between Uganda and the Czech Republic.

The Czech delegation was led by Ms. Katerina Sequensova, Director General for Non-European Countries, Economic and Development Cooperation of Czech Republic.

She was accompanied by Mr. Jan Spiler, Chief of Intergovernmental Defence Cooperation, Lt. Col. Borijov Jurenka, the Military and Air Defence Attaché, and Mr. Vaclav Prasil, Director of Sub-Saharan Africa.

Additionally, the delegation included Ambassador Nicol Adamcova and Mr. Stephen Kaboyo, the Czech Republic Honorary Consul in Uganda, among others.

The meeting was also attended by the Commander of the Special Forces Command, Maj. Gen. BD Mugisha, and other senior SFC officers.
