I am Sina Tsegazeab, sales, and marketing manager at Natna Hair
2. What does your company do?
Natna is a hair company and we do hair and beauty. We also sell 100% good quality human hair in form of wigs, weaves, ponytails, clip hair, and so on. And also we also offer extra services to our clients like hair treatment and washing, coloring, revamping, and so on. Besides the already-made wigs, we make customized wigs and ponytails according to the customers' desires.
3. What inspired you to start your company?
I had a strong desire for beauty and I like high-quality products. I realized there was a gap in the existing hair market and I came in to fill the gap with this very high-quality human hair and here I am today.
4. Why should anyone use your service or product?
Like I mentioned above, I consider quality so much. So, whoever consumes my services or products should expect total satisfaction. The products are very good quality and durable so there is no need to keep buying what you already bought.
5. Tell us a little about your team?
I have an exceptional team, they are passionate about what they do, they give the best service, and are so kind and empathetic to our clients.
6. What are your future plans and aspirations for your company?
I want to expand the brand and open several branches not only in Uganda but all over the world. I want to make sure that I reach every client. So many people like our products so I want to make it easy for them to access the shops and choose from a variety.
7. What gives you the most satisfaction being an entrepreneur?
My clients' satisfaction gives me more satisfaction as well. I always want my clients to be happy with what I give them and that pushes me to always mind the quality of my products and service.
8. What's the biggest piece of advice you can give to other women looking to start up?
I would advise them not to fear starting with the little they have, and not to quit so easily.
