Joel Senyonyi Hires Tailor to Make NRM Shirts

The National Unity Platform Spokesman Joel Ssenyonyi has hired a tailor in Kiyembe to make NRM shirts through a one Prossy.

The tailor was approached by an NRM youth, only identified as Mugisha.

Sources familiar with the purchase of the yellow shirts told this reporter that they are to be used by NUP supporters to cause chaos on January 14 and blame it on the NRM.

 It is not the first time opposition groups are attempting such stunts. In previous scenarios, opposition members have always mobilized their supporters to cause chaos while dressed in NRM to hoodwink members of the public.

It should be remembered that hundreds of National Resistance Movement (NRM) and President Yoweri Museveni T-shirts were recovered at National Unity Platform headquarters in Kamwokya following a security operation.

The operation targeted military fatigues including berets and boots but surprisingly, yellow shirts with Mr Museveni’s portraits were found at the NUP offices, raising questions about the motives of the Kamwokya group.

Sources say that NUP members, pretending to be Museveni and NRM supporters, have been donning the T- shirts to cause chaos around the country.
